If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  4. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
