- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
